How do you help a design team connect with their customer base of makers, crafters, and quilters to inspire new product opportunities?
Japanese manufacturer Brother reached out to Evolve to collaborate on a product design strategy to meet the needs of a new consumer group. Our team collaborated with the in-house design team to research, workshop, and define a product design language strategy for a range of new sewing and cutting machines. The program included an Evolve-hosted week-long Co-Design Workshop. By immersing ourselves in the consumer target through qualitative research and inspirational tours, we laid the foundation for an award winning line of products.
